Nothing really to say about Hilton hôtels. They are somehow ageing in a style of the 80's, so either there is a refurbishement, or it will become one day a collector hotel!!! “PHENOMENAL Hotel”

Phenomenal hotel. Through and through. We were backpacking and so a hotel close to the HBF was really important. And it's RIGHT THERE when you step outside of the station. Great amenities, unbelievably friendly and helpful concierge and the breakfasts were outstanding. Great buffet...but a "gourmet buffet"...not just a cafeteria set up. Highly recommended.

The average hotel (more like 4 star hotel), but location improved total rate. It's too expensive hotel for the services provided and there are many additional charges like brekfast (34CHF), Wifi (10 CHF) etc....

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Food provided by room service was good. Only issue was internet connectivity and lack of a fitness facility. There's a pool, but only a rack of dumbels for a fitness facility.
