This hotel allowed us to walk everywhere we needed to go and was very welcoming and clean. We did have trouble finding this hotel when driving into the city and, as a word of advice, hotel guests can disregard certain "pedestrian only" walkways. You can actually drive directly to the front door of this hotel for valet service.

Brilliant hotel for a one night stay with the family. We had a clean 4 bed family room with a view over Weinmarkt square in the heart of the cobbled stone streets of the old town for our stay in this beautiful city. Quiet location and breakfast was fine too. Appreciated the valet parking of the car.

it charges the price of a 4* but gives u the service of a budget hotel. the location is very prime. you can walk from the railway station just cross the luzern river bridge and you land up at the hotel. in this locality you have a lot of hotels and the best one is palace luzern
