I was there the last week of feb. 2013. The weather was quite cold in Luzern, but the hotel and its employees have made my stay very good. Friendly and flexibel personnel, great restaurant and service. I will definitely stay there more often!

Location and best value for money in the Luzern region!!! Friendly stuff and modern rooms, calm area but located in the center of the city. All in all the best hotel you can book in!!! I will book this hotel again when visiting the amazing swiss city Luzern :)

Everything is within walkable distance from the hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Be sure to open the windows otherwise it could be stuffy at night but it comes with the noise/unavoidable church bells so have your earplugs ready. Room wise, modern decoration and clean rooms with nespresso machine and complimentary nespresso capsules. Will stay again.
