10/10 for this lovely hotel close to Gstaad in Switzerland. We have spent the last two Christmas holidays there with our young children and each time we have met other families who have been going there for years. We were greeted by the sweetest, most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Nice room, nice place. Dinner was okay, although the waiters were a bit in a frenzy and the place was not even full... I would come back.

Good hotel, very much appreciated by families with kids...therefore not pretty much ideal if you are looking for a calm place. However if you can cope with it: the rooms are clean and spacious the employees very kind and helpful. Breakfast as well as dinner were very good.

The rooms were average specially the economy ones which were like small boxes, but since some couples had children, 2 rooms were automatically upgraded which was very good. Coming back after a week with family in Alpine Lodge. This hotel is very comfortable, you nearly forget you have come to Gstaad for ski. All the service of a top hotel inside a chalet !
