Customer service was excellent - all concerns were handled immediately. The location is close to grocery store,restaurants, train station and bus depot. We stayed in Grindelwald for 10 days in June 2009, and although we did not stay at the Kruez and Post we did eat in their restaurant on four evenings. It was our first trip to Grindelwald, although we have been skiing, and staying in the Alps for over 20 years throughout Switzerland, France, Italy, Austria, etc!
