stayed in economy double room but it didn't feel like ecomony. Balcony and views from front of hotel. no trouble with shower. extremely clean. friendly and attentive staff. great breakfasts included in price. wonderful cocktails in bar. within walking distance of Interlaken Ost train station and several bars and restaurants. very good value. This hotel is situated right in the middle of Interlarken. It is just down the road from Interlarken OST, and has a number of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The rooms are very modern and clean, showcasing the view off your balcony to the alps. More

Do not stay at this hotel if you want to have a good shower. It goes from real hot to cold. Receptionist said that they are aware of this problem. I asked what are you doing about this since you are aware. She gave no response. Also no free wifi as advertised. More

we stayed on 4th floor room with balcony warm greeting though reception was busy room fresh and clean staff polite freindly and no request was to much trouble food excellent would reccommend this hotel without hesitation and we will be returning again More
