I assume the main building was full as we were upgraded to a new apartment. We ha trouble with the Internet but this was fixed straight away upon raising the issue. I wouldn't call it "high speed" Internet, but it was serviceable. Staff were pleasant and offered advice that preempted our needs. Booking and checkin was simple.

Poor location, third rate service, no amenities, below average appearance, tenth grade furniture, be prepared to walk 100Mtrs before your "climb" and "descend" to reception before you "CLIMB" again to your rooms as NO LIFT. Don't need to read any more reviews as this hotel ( worst than any backpacker in the world).

Absolutely fantastic stay. The meals are great, especially after a long day of skiing. The rooms are anverage, but have everything you could possibly need, and showers great. This apartment in St. Moritz was a nice surprise. We took a 2.20 CHF bus ride to the Hotel from the main train station. The apartment is very modern and the staff was very nice and helpful. My only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Our experience started with arriving late in St Moritz on train. An email from the hotel said call us when you arrive about a pickup - when we called the response was sorry we are too busy - get the bus. This hotel is nice if you get the chance to stay in one of the new apartment. The only negative point is the sofa bed if you are sleeping in the living room as the mastress is really hard.
