The staff is very friendy and helpfull. The junior suite was quite nice but nothing special. I would have very much liked a little water kettle in the room but that seems a rarity in Zwitserland. The hotel is quite a walk from the centre, about 15 to 20 minutes and there is no choice of restaurants in the area.... More

The photos on the web site are not exactly what you find when you enter the hall and the rooms. The bathrooms has been restored, and this is a plus, but the bedrooms need much more intervention for maintaining the four stars. Met our expectations in all categories. A "relatively" reasonable price on a busy Easter weekend. Clean, comfortable room, friendlly staff, free parking, free wifi, good breakfast and a balcony. Too bad it was the coldest and wettest Easter that I can remember!

the hotel has excellent service and comfortable rooms . It has a very Swiss Italian atmosphere throughout the hotel - lively and character of Italy with Swiss efficiency. It is a very short walk to the lake and shops.

I was very pleased by service of the hotel-from people on the front desk, to the cleaning ladies. From the moment I entered the door with my suit cases-they told me that I get a complimentary double room and tickets to the local museums +the coupon for the dinner at their restaurant. Overpriced and underwhelming. Rude staff, weathered room, no service. The breakfast was good. They sell you one experience and deliver a far inferior one. I would avoid this hotel at all cost- and did I mention it was ridiculously overpriced?
