I recently spent a week in Lugano, Switzerland at the Holiday Inn. The staff make me feel like a member of the family, went out of their way to be helpful in many ways. The best thing about this hotel is the location, just a short walk to the beautiful lake lugano, tree lined stroll alongside the lake.
