I enjoyed my brief stays at this hotel. It is conveniently close to our offices in Zug and situated in a nice area. A very comfortable, clean hotel, centrally located with all required amenities close by. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was big and bright very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the lake and shops. Parking is about 5 minute walk away, but it was possible to park outside the hotel to bring in luggage. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return.

The historic feel to this hotel is matched by the very basic nature of the rooms which are akin to my university halls twenty five years ago. No wifi in the rooms is frustrating to the business traveller who relies on the iPad for entertainment and connectivity when travelling. this is just the kind of place i would have loved to stay in this cute little Swiss town..
