I enjoyed sating here. The person at the reception was very nice and helpful. The greek waitress at the bar very good in proving tips for the restaurant. The room is very nice, clean and confortable. The hotel, despite its central position, is pretty silent. This is worth to go back. More

Beautifull hotel near all the sights, restaurants and the fabulous train depot. Was there to enjoy the Christmas Markets and the one in here was great. Lots of shops and restaurants all idoors. I stayed here on business in June of 2011. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Accommodations are good. Prices are pretty high, but that is typical in Zurich. The location is within walking distance to the Bahnhoff and other cool downtown locations. I didn't rate the fitness center as I just ran outside. More

It is a nice hotel with all the amenities. The only problem was the beds. Both mattresses in my room had not been changed in years. There was a large hump in the middle (or deep valleys on the sides). Free apple juice in the lobby and close to all the tourist activities. 10 min walk to the train station. More
