Very friendly staffs. Great breakfast. Nice location. Very clean and great facilities (swimming pool and gym etc). Much better than what I expected. Travelled with a baby. They provided a separate baby bed. Room was very spacious. Ultra fast internet connection.

Removed from the central area and with not much around, if you don't have a car. There are some bars right outside, as well as inside, and the hotel restaurant is good. Rooms were ok, nothing special but comfortable. Staff is pleasant. I would stay again but I would also look to a different area as well.

hotel location is good rooms are good unfortunately no proper air conditioning we stayed for 4 nights the staff was very rude some how we were no happy we spoke to the duty manager several times to rectify the problem or change the room they never did it the break fast was horrible definitely not the standard of other Novotel

It's a nice hotel situated in a business distric in Zurich. Although hotels are relatively expensive in this area this has - in my opinion - a good value for money.. Breakfast is nice and very complete. I received free Internet vouchers for both my laptop and phone which was great!
