visited Zurich just after christmas.hotel was very near airport and had very good transport links to city centre(tram stops just outside hotel).room was pretty big and very clean.best bit it a very comfy king size bed.tea and coffee making amenities in room.staff very helpful and friendly.shame about sauna... apparently its not there any more but was advertised on official website(ups).and...

Fabulous hotel with great pleasing staff. The front desk even gave our kids fish food to feed the fish in the lobby fish pool!

Stayed only for a night, but the staff was very welcoming. Room was quite large and spacious. Breakfast options were varied. Not a very great location if you are a tourist, wonderful if you are there for business. Would highly recommend the oriental restaurant.

What a welcoming staff! They had space and upgraded us. Perfect on the metro line for transportation to the city and airport. All we missed was a sauna.
