Waited 1 hour for non-arrival of salad is restaurant - left hungry after losing patience. Manageress in the restaurant was very apologetic, but could not guarantee better service. The next evening the service was also poor. Room not cleaned properly, with dirty glasses not being removed replaced when room was "cleaned". Stay away is my advice.

Great vale for money, incl food and sauna complex, kids love them all. The hotel is clearly very popular and was full at the time we stayed. Decent service and staff attitude. Swimmingpool area need renovation asap. As a tip - have a walk at a nearby park with a castle, and do book a table for your dinner

We had one of the new rooms close to the Terworm park reserve, which overlooked a green forest/farm setting. The room was large, clean and pleasantly functional with a private balcony to take advantage of the outlook. Staff were invariably friendly and helpful and meals were of very good standard for a very reasonable tariff.

From THE frontoffice til the cleaninglady bizar nice people, even in the restaurant smiling staf. Nice clean rooms and the beds are good, a nice hotelbar with nice prices. Around THE hotel you can see a real castle and within 20 minites your in Germanie and Belgium.
