The service was impeccable and the staff very professional and helpful. It is central and in walking distance to all the tourist attraction of Amsterdam. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the breakfast very good.

We were supposed to have an appartment but they upgraded us to a suite since my mother could not handle stairs with her handicap. The suite was lovely. The service was simply impeccable probably the best I ever had. It goes with the price but it really is worth it. They make you feel very special

I defy anyone to have a negative opinion of what I consider one of the finest hotels you will ever stay in. From the friendly and knowlegeable staff to the beautiful Accoutrements and art, to the architecture of the building, to the location, and to the beauty of the suites. It can't be beat.

This is the place to stay. We will only stay here as it offers the perfect combination of privacy, security and location.Some rooms have private back door entrances that are nice if one doesn't want to parade through the lobby. Close to Dam Square.
