We stayed there for the Europa cup final and had a blast. Really loved the style of the hotel and the staff were just so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the location and it was easy to get from A to B with no trouble, Some lovely places to eat near by, I recommend 'Envy' which is... More

A great boutique hotel - reminds me of Hotel Scarlet in Singapore. The location is devine & central. Easy to walk from station & to tram. The rooms are smallish & quirky but very fair & adequate. The cooked buffet breakfast is great value @ 10euro per person. When smoking is banned in all public places (as in Australia), patronage... More

Hotel is in an excellent location ten minutes walk from the rail station, dam square and all other central amenities. Despite being central the hotel is in a quiet location, even with the cup winners cup final in Amsterdam! The breakfast was very good all three mornings we used the facility. The staff we found to be very helpful even printing out... More

Excellent location 5 minutes' walk from Central Station and a beautiful (and quiet) canal street. Oddly funky decoration (deep purple and terracotta downstairs, lots of fringe), quite dark, which is perhaps not the best choice for cloudy Amsterdam, but rooms are fine size, bathrooms good. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. A bit more money than I'm entirely happy... More

The staff and service at Sebastian's were exceptional. It had a very friendly atmosphere. Location was excellent, and a good breakfast was proved to get the day started. Heavy purple decor was interesting!

Hotel is in street with canal out front (well it is Amsterdam). Rooms are comfortable - coffee machine and free internet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Walking distance to Central Station was only 10 minutes and there were good restaurants bars and cafes nearby without having to go in to city centre

I was in Amsterdam for a short business trip and stayed at Sebastian's for only one night. Great location in the heart of the city. They did a fine job with the interior design too. But what struck me the most was the friendly personnel. It was very busy at the reception when I arrived, but the beautiful blonde girl... More

This hotel is absolutely a favorite with its quiet location, stellar service and splash of colorful charm. The service was outstanding, and apparently reflects the desire of the owners to insure all their guests are treated as VIPs. For example, there was ample staff at the front desk to ask and get recommendations for dining, entertainment options and museums, and... More

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly and honest staff who made our stay very special. The room was very stylish, comfortable and clean with a great view over the canal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Myself and my husband chose Sebastian's for my 40th birthday trip as we wanted to stay in the Jordaan area. The hotel did not disappoint. We chose a room with canal view and it was a stunning view. It was so picturesque watching the boats and bicycles go by. The staff were very helpful and even kep the bar open... More
