Hotel Notting Hill is really a fabulous place with great amenities and service. I love to explore places like this. I stayed here recently and was totally impressed by everything there. The location is ok if you are prepared to do a bit of walking. Close to museums, de Pijp and Rembrandt Plein and there is a tram stop just outside the hotel. My room was nicely decorated but very small, no bathtub, a view of someone's filthy backyard. Tv was on a wall difficult to watch! Rather disappointing. Breakfast mediocre. Some staff nice, some had an attitude. Hotel wants to be something it isn't.
