Stayed in the garden room for 3 nights. Very good for a quiet nights sleep. Self contained with a patio area. Other guest in the hotel can share this area but we saw no one else there during our stay. Shower room is small but adequate. Two electric heaters that fire out the heat when needed. Twin beds were comfortable... More

Very very small but expensive twin room. Second day the plastic key didn't work in lock and room was not serviced. Reception said 'you must have left something on the bed in which case they don't clean the room'. No notice to this effect in the bedroom. Breakfast OK. Location v good.

I don't usually write reviews, but I did find this hotel exceptional. With really helpful staff and nice rooms it was a great place to stay. Its very local to everything, so walking distances. No complaints from me!

The Hotel it self is nicely decorated and tidy, not too far from the main square - 20 min walk or 15 euro taxi ride. The room on the other hand was tiny and had no window. It consisted of single bed with just about enough room to stand beside, definitely a case of putting profit before service and trying... More

Hotel very well located in the center. Very welcome. Friendly staff. The double room was a tiny attic. Unable to move for two people. The duvet cover was torn. The window did not close properly, poor insulation. There was cold wind entered the room. We could hear the TV in the next room. The bathroom was not clean. Too expensive... More

Stayed in room 26 for two nights. Good location and very helpful front desk. Room was tidy, bed comfortable, but an annoying shelf above your head as you sleep; hit it several times getting up. Corridors had furniture in them which made it difficult to pass at times. Constantly disturbed in early hours because the door locks slam shut, and... More

Great location, easy access from Centraal station, just hop on the tram (No. 1,2 or 5) Lovely rooms, with good facilities. Lovely staff. Note for the hotel though, maybe the breakfasts could be better. All in all, great experience.
