Although it is an attractive hotel in the heart of The Hague the rooms are quite basic and do not have standard items such as a kettle. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last guest and my room was quite dusty. Although friendly the staff are inefficient and the service wasn't great. Stay somewhere else. More
