I was assigned a room on the eight floor, Hallways floor all peeling, mold on the ceiling in living room area, Burned out bulbs. It's in a very good location and very reasonable if put a little more effort in keeping up the place

I found the Ambassador Suites apartment hotel by accident which turned out to be my lucky day. Excellent value for money, walking distance to Centralmstation, Diamond centre and 15 mins from airport. Twin beds in self catering flat. Staff scarcely about but o real issues.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel, which is very close to the Central Train Station and several Tram Lines. Helpful staff ready to support. My apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. The wi-fi internet worked pretty fine.

This is my second stay at this hotel in 6 months. The rooms are clean airy and comfortable in an excellent location, and the staff were very helpful

I was on a business trip for three months and was putting up here. Towards the end of my stay a week before my return. The lock of my luggage bag was broken and expensive watch and gifts that I had bought for my family was stolen. It was very awful and terrifying experience. The staff was not cooperative.

I use to stay in hotels, but this is the same price and much bigger rooms so you can relax better and I really enjoyed it

The room was spacious with a small kitchenette(all the kitchen utensils were in the cabinets). The beds were very comfortable. Our stay at Ambassador suites was perfect. For the price we've payed we offcourse didn't expect a top-end hotel. When we arrived early in the morning our room (appartment) was allready available.
