The best, the room and the receptionists. Also the location.
The negative point was the noise of the heating fence and the temperature of the room (it was -10C outside so this could be the reason). Room isolation was good though.
The water temperature was not constant
The restaurant is very poor.

I stayed with my mother for six nights over the New Year. The room was a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. Stayed at the Leopold for a couple of nights in December 2011. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff were helpful and hotel well situated in terms of the town centre, train station etc. Would highly recommend the Leopold for all of the above but even more so on account of it's value for money.

Pleasant location - no more than 10 mins' walk from main station. We were allocated a lovely, large room with view over the park. Good breakfast with variety and replenished constantly.
