I’m sorry, but this hotel was average. I’m sad to be writing this, as from all the other reviews, this is why we chose it. I hope this honest review helps people think about their options before booking, as the photos make it look great. Arrived from Antwerp Central station and it’s great that it’s very nearby - literally around the corner. However, the entrance to the hotel had two filthy outdoor mats with cigarette butts all over them - not a great first impression and I’d be all over this if I was the manager. Reception - if you could call it that, was two small computers at the end of the bar. We walked straight past it. The staff were lovely though, throughout our stay. The bar area plays club music most of the time (even in the lifts) and has coloured lights flashing on and off around the ceiling, which were really annoying and probably not great for anyone that suffers from epilepsy or migraines. Bar tender charged us double the price for 2 x double servings gin and tonics - so we actually paid for 4 when we saw the bill. The lady on reception did amend this though. Good selection for breakfast but hot items were cold. Rooms were really tired and the carpet in my room was stained. Bed very comfortable though and a good shower. The restaurant for dinner was great. Lovely food and great service. The burger was freshly made and delicious. Ultimately, I’m not sure this place knows who it wants to attract and is hit and miss in my opinion.

Nice modern hotel at the back of the central railway station. Including free sauna and fitness. A nice welcoming lobby where also food is being served. Friendly staff as well. The duvet on the bed was rather warm and the room wasn’t cleaned properly: there were still two half open bottles. We had a nice breakfast in a bakery just opposite the hotel.

The carpark and a train station are next to the hotel. It is also accessible to many restaurants on foot. The bar is opened until 12 midnight. Overall, a great place to stay for a short business trip.

The hotel is really nice and quiet, which is exceptional for this busy area. It has a nice wellness area, with a decent gym and a real sauna on the 11th floor. But the best was the personnel! They were always pleasant and friendly, and ahead of my needs! At check-in, the receptionist asked me if I needed a late check-in before I remembered I had to ask! And at check-out, the receptionist offered to keep my luggage for my last hours in Antwerp before I had the time to ask myself! And absolutely great experience.

ıt's a modern hotel but the rooms are more traditional and old-fashion considering the rest of Hotel. The atmosphere and music of the mini bar in the lobby are very good. You feel like in the club :) Great Location. There is a big car park under the Hotel and also for me It's a great comfort to be able to reach the Central train station by walk w/o getting wet at all. The reception is very quick and helpfull. Only thing I can criticize is that the breakfast price is high. for this reason , I recommend that you buy a room inc. breakfast from the beginning.

Nice contemporary hotel on the east side of the Antwerp Central station across from the diamond district. The start of Meir Street is only minutes walking and the Ferris Wheel is close by too. I would love to give this hotel a five, and the main reason why is because the front door looks like the entrance to a bar…. Enough to confuse anyone. We were at first bewildered and walked around the whole building looking for another entrance. This lobby was non-traditional. The check-in desk was literally the restaurant/bar point of service computer. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Lobby was contemporary and the air was freshly scented. The rooms were very modern and upkept. You could tell the bathtub needed new caulking and the shower was slow to drain. Other than the bathroom and front door, no real complaints. It is located in a contemporary square with an advertising agency next door. Across the street from the plaza is the start of historic Antwerp. I would stay here if I come to Antwerp again.

Our first stay ever with Hyatt Hotels at Lindner in Antwerpen and we enjoyed every momment! Sander at the reception set a very positive tone. We arrived earlier than our early check-in request; I didn't realize it was for 12pm. Our roomm was already done so we were able to put our suitcsses in. We headed downstairs to the breakfast buffet. Quite the spread of cold & hot food plus beverage selections and no shortage of variety in breakfast fares. We were staying for my 60th birthday so for 5 mmornimgs it was cava🥃 and really good mmake-your-own Belgiumm waffles😋 Restaurant decorated nicely, set-up properly arranged and tables far enough apart to feel commfortably spacious. Iwona and breakfast teamm all with early mmorning smmiles. We spent an evening at the 360° bar in the lobby. Igor took very good care of all our requests. Very nice to chat with!!! He mmakes tasty Moscow Mules! The cook personally brought out our snacks himmself. I'mm a sucker for nachoes and they looked even better than described on the mmenu. Yumm!!! All the reception we encountered - Eva, Dororhy, Yenn(???)- could not totally see her nammetag - were delightful, as nothing was a problemm - chammpagne glasses, taking our emmpty bottles off our hands, timme for a little chat. Housekeeping - I didn't see nammetags, were friendly in passing. They take wonderful care of the public areas and roomms - thank you! Every single staff we encountered seemmed genuinely happy during their work and all approachable & friendly!!! We are new Hyatt members & I tried to navigate the app about points. We were not asked for our card when paying for our food/drink bills. Just curious. Our room was 800 and had a huge balcony facing the train rails. Soundproofing issues non-existant (good double glass.) Beautiful sunset colour views. Close by Central station - when you are inside the mmiddle of the station keep walking to the left (northwest) until you are at B station (you'll see red Poploza attraction for kids)

My recent stay at the Lidner Hotel in Antwerp transformed into an unexpectedly enchanting experience, compelling me to extend my visit, much to the delight of my senses. Nestled just a stone's throw away from Antwerp Central Station, the hotel serves as a gateway to the vibrant heart of the city, offering seamless access to a plethora of markets, shops, and culinary delights, all within a leisurely 5-10 minute stroll. The proximity of a Lidl Supermarket right next door adds a layer of convenience to this already strategically located haven. The warmth and professionalism of the staff are nothing short of exceptional, creating an atmosphere of welcoming hospitality from the moment of check-in, which was a swift and seamless process. The luxurious room assigned to me was a masterpiece of comfort and elegance. Boasting a plush and opulent design, the room featured a charming balcony that offered a splendid view of the bustling square, providing a delightful backdrop for relaxation. The spaciousness of the rooms is remarkable, accentuated by large windows that invite natural light to dance across the tastefully decorated interiors. The updated bathrooms, complete with modern tubs, add a touch of contemporary luxury, ensuring a rejuvenating experience. Above all, the service at Lidner Hotel is of an unparalleled standard. This exceptional level of service has left an indelible impression, assuring that Lidner Hotel will be my preferred choice whenever I find myself in the charming city of Antwerp again.
