We stayed at Ibis Waterloo for one night in July 09 as part of a driving holiday of Europe, and it was an unpleasant end to our holiday. This hotel is nothing fancy, but your basic hotel. The room was quiet enough, and the bed was ok too. more

Rooms ok, parking ok but between 02.00 and 05.00 in the night other guests were talking loud and slamming doors like crazy. Nobody from the hotel responded to that, they themselves started at 06.00 with unnecessary loud conversations at the reception which were audible throughout the hotel!! A freaking madhouse, NEVER again!! more

I've stayed here for 3 nights on Feb 2008. It was average just like what it costs - and like every retail hotels, they got standard facilities within rooms. However they got great breakfast buffet offered included in the price. Accor has done a great job of establishing consistency in Ibis hotels across Europe. And the Ibis in Waterloo is no exception. It is pleasantly bland, with decent beds and friendly service.
