Despite reserving directly with the hotel, receiving e-mail confirmation, and providing credit card for guarantee, I was informed that no room was available for my colleague. Arrived in Brussels via Eurostar from London. Location of hotel was within walking distance of train station and Grand Place -approx 3-5 minutes.
