Lovely hotel in excellent location but badly let down by the service in the restaurant. Understaffing in their restaurants seems to be a Novotel failing. The bedrooms were sweet with lovely big old windows but the beds are placed right up against the bathrooms making access awkward. However this was a nice friendly hotel which we would use again. More

Brilliant accommodation in a fantastic setting. Staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfast was yummy, bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Pool and health suite were not amazing though. More

Our first stop in a month-long overseas business/pleasure trip with our toddler. The room for surprisingly accommodating for us and our 1yr old. So close to all of the excitement of the city centre, and adjacent to the train and underground stations. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Brussels. More

Now that we are traveling in Europe with 2 children we are looking for one larger room rather than 2 small ones.
