It's a city centre hotel but one of the noisiest I have been in. My room was fine but very stingy on coffee in the room. Wi fi is expensive when most hotels are free. Hi there, Rooms very small. Bar expensive however excellent as a base. Only 5 mins walk from the main station and a short walk to the city centre. Average service from front of house staff. Would stay again.

I was given a tiny room on an interior wall which faced a wall. Even so it was noisy next to the elevator. I could only open the suitcase by placing it on the bed. TV didn't work, took a long time to get maintenance to room.

We stayed here after new years and it's so close to the gran platz and lots of locals too!
Train station to Brugge is a block away. Breakfast was primo and even had champagne. They upgraded our room and breakfast complimentary! No executive lounge. Clean & modern.

Hilton Brussels City is a good option when staying in the "Capital of Europe". It is close to Gare du Nord from where the commuter train takes you to the airport in less than 15 minutes (faster and cheaper than any taxi).
In a way the Hilton treats its visitor just like Brussels does: you have to be pretty lucky...

Disappointing hotel. Small room, only suitable for one. Internet not included. Some staff standoffish. Tiny bathroom. Location out of the way, yet fine for metro service. Expensive for what you got. Stayed here luckily for one night. Rooms awfully small and noisy with a view to inner court. Bathroom small and not cleaned well enough. Stayed in several Hiltons before never had this experience with the chain. Positive point: Breakfast buffet.
