I guess NH stands for 'new hotels', if this is what it is then I would rather stay in old style, as it's actually one of the worst upper intermediate level hotels I have ever stayed in. We booked three months in advance, a double bed room to the front. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms... More

Great size room with all the modern amenities at your finger tips. Located close to the Christmas Markets and shopping you can't go wrong with this hotel. The breakfast was amazingly good value ( with some fantastic views of the city). Would definitely use again. More

Booked here by my client had an expectation of quality. Average at best, slowest elevator in Europe...it was faster to carry my bags up 4 flights of stairs I got upstairs before the elevator arrived in teh lobby(they didn't offer to take them up either.) but really close to shopping, if that's what you are into. Service was terrible, felt... More

Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast excellent with a great city view. Internet free at the lobby. Close to the main attractions, and just a few steps from metro station De Brouckere. However, the location is a little bit dangerous at night, especially the left side of the hotel. Staff at the desk speak spanish. More

My boyfriend attended a conference in Brussels and the NH Atlanta was the recommended hotel choice. I went along to see the sights. Pros: The location is very close (walking distance) to many of the main tourist attractions, the National Bank Auditorium (where the conference was held) and two of the main rail stations. There is also a metro stop... More

We set out to Brussels with my wife for the second time in the end of June 2011. The loveliest city I've ever seen, During our first visit we stayed in Mariotte Hotel, and were quite satisfied with everything except for the absence of smoking area:-) (had to go out into the street to satisfy our bad habits) Actually that... Perhaps I'm spoiled with staying at the Radisson Blu Royal hotel in Brussels but compared to that one unfortunately NH Atlanta does nit have much to offer. All on all the room was good but the AC didn't work great so I had to sleep with the window open. The cleanliness of the room was not the best, several black... More

We were given three different rooms before they got our booking correct! Firstly a twin, then a awful smelling smoking room before we got a double - complete with peeling wallpaper and the worse part about it was the attitude of one member of staff on the front desk who thought I was being awkward. Apart from the room saga... More
