We asked for a quiet, no smoking room. Our fifth-floor room smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived. There's no air conditioning. It was a hot weekend so we opened the windows. Stayed here for 1 night and was glad it wasnt any longer. Zero character, room was small and "tired". Much nicer rooms available in Ghent at other places. We booked this hotel at the very last minute and were thankful to get it. Pros? It was near Gent Sint Pieters station.
