Stayed at this hotel just before christmas. It was just lovely. We got upgraded to a room with a canal view with breakfast included. Breakfast was brilliant in the vaulted basement with canal view, loads of choice including pastries, fruit, different meats, toast, eggs, cereal. Couldn't have asked for anything more. More
