This is a great, cheap, clean 3 star hotel. It's not luxurious by any means but it does the basics really well. Great staff who were very helpful, nice breakfast. Big clean rooms with nice balcony. We came back to the Velamar for the second time in two years. This establishment in Olhos d' Agua is on the edge of a small residential area away from the main part of the village. I cant say enough about this hotel and all the staff including the owner. They really know how to look after there guests. They really cant do enough for you day or night. Look forward to our next visit in October.

Great hotel! Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All areas, including the pool side were kept immaculately clean by hard working cleaning staff. The hotel was wonderful, great value for money, very clean and excellent staff right from the staff on reception all the way through to the cleaners. Nothing too much trouble.
