Not bad... quite a walk from the nearest beach and town centre especially if with children or elderly. We got an absoulte bargain with this place, but we also got what we paid for. Yes its a bit basic but for the price excellent value. Worth paying slightly more for sea view - 1 of the best views from a hotel I have had.
