Great facilities, great decoration. Large rooms with 4 star ammenities. Breakfast very good and setup always ready and clean. Could improve service and food offer speccially in the bar with light and cheaper snacks. The location is not 1st line in the city but the views are great and theres a good car park and leisure facilities too.

My family stayed here in August. Great value. More of a typical business/conference type hotel. Since we had a 3 year old with us, it was not convenient to walk to main part of Ponta Delgada.
