“Left us stranded at 8 pm”

We had a reservation here, arrived to the hostel at 8 pm from the airport and no one was there. The hostel is poorly marked in the first place, but after we thought we had figured out which buzzer it was at the address, no one answered. “Clean, great breakfast but noisy and poor value”

Situated close to the beach and downtown Lisbon. The breakfast was great and until 11am which you don't find often plus fresh towels everyday. Most of the staff were helpful but one spoke very poor english and there was difficulty communicating with her when we tried to check-in. Our room was next to the road traffic outside so it was... “Well situated. Excellent breakfast”

This hotel is very well situated to access downtown Lisbon. The is a secured paying parking about 300 meters from the hostel. Room and bathroom was clean. Excellent breakfast. The only drawback was the specific location of the double bed private room which is next to the common room and kitchen. Noisy.

I only went there because the internet says there is a launderette or in the same street. There are no launderettes in Lisbon and hardly any in portugal. They have a washing machine and charge 5 euros a half load and 10 for a full load 7kg. There is no dryer and you must wait a while for the sun... More
