We stayed there twice, sadly there is a big difference between the standard of the rooms on the different floors. Some of the staff are very helpful some of them not that much. The location is perfect, walking distance to every sight you want to see.

Was over for a few days with friends(Nov. 2012). This 2 star hotel is very central to city center, attractions, restaurants , main square etc. Yes its basic, but clean. With free Wi-Fi , 24 hour check in and helpful staff. I'd go back. My rate was 26 euro for 1 single bed, double bed and shower/toilet (see pictures)

i just randomly selected to stay at pensao norte and booked on the interenet.. to my surprize hostel the room was so nice.. it was a spacious room with balcony facing street which is quiet . the staff is so friendly there and they keep it so clean. i had very nice time at pensao norte
