The hostel is perfectly located and very clean (bathroom facilities are very stylish)! The staff is extremely helpful and the terrace offers an amazing view over the Tejo...not many 5* hotels can offer that! Would book it again!!!

The first impression of the hostel was very good. Excellent location, friendly staff, a very nice art deco building and the private room was ok. It's a pity we didn't sleep well for one night during our stay because of the very loud (groups of) people. They were running around, knocking all the doors in the hostel, screaming, singing, etc.... This hostel was amazing-- clean, beautiful, and the staff were so nice! Ana especially was wonderful. She helped us check in early, got us an upgraded room, and was so friendly and welcoming throughout the trip. This place felt like home almost instantly. I could not recommend it highly enough! A beautiful building, A great breakfast table. Super nice people. A comfortable bed. It doesn't get better than that. And THE view. I just wish I had been in the hostel in summer to fully take advantage of the terrace and garden. I will surely come back to enjoy it! ;)

First time to Portugal, 2nd hostel stay ever. Absolutely delightful! I booked a 6bed river view and for the first night had whole room to myself. The view from the room is amazing.
