Great location, easy to get from airport. Downside - very expensive for wifi access, even had to pay in the lobby. Also, lobby was very small and they didn't have enough people working the desk usually. The elevator was also very small - could only fit two or three people if you had luggage. The most incredible view over the city! Really fabulous after a long sightseeing day!be careful, only opens at half past six. Cant say anything about the hotel itself since we havent stayed there. But the concierge was nice and helpful and toilets clean (unlike everywhere else in lisbon)

This hotel offers a good location and very good staff and that is where the good stuff stops. Be prepared to be moved to another hotel for one night if you are a couple. Even the taxi drivers know that the hotel is very often overbooked and they will shuttle you to another location and back and bill the hotel.... More

Good location, about 20 mins by taxi from the airport. It is also walking distance to the downtown areas and tram 28 has a stop just outside the hotel. The service at the hotel is also very good. In late April 2013, construction in progress next to the hotel but the workers do not start too early in the morning.... More

Location was great, the staff was very helpful and rooms were big. This is more of a 3 star hotel, the rooms are big but need new beds and could use some nicer linens and pillows. Its not really cheap to stay here, so I expected more.
