Situated fairly close to buses & metro, bar/ restaurants. Hotel needs a massive update, bathrooms dated, room furniture worn, no way 4* there is no restaurant! Staff lovely though, very pleasant & helpful.

We took a trip in Porto between 10 and 13th of January and choose this hotel based on TA reviews.Location is good but quite far from all things to to or see. Room was good but old,old furniture,beds were ok,AC worked well,bathroom clean. Windows need replacing,furniture as well. Breakfast was ok,less of everything tho.

A combination of trains made access to this hotel easy. The hotel is well located for walking around on foot. The room was not large, but adequate; and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly use this hitel again in Porto.

Well situated hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. Wouldn't advise driving there, as car park in front of the hotel was always full with others waiting for spaces. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast provided a good selection to suit everyone. Also provided free wifi.

First thing to say is never drive to this hotel. It took 2 hours to find our way through the city with so many one way systems and dead ends, not on the maps! average horel, not 4 stars, room small, I guess for 55 euros per nught is ok. EXCELENT breakfast!!!!!! Variety of food, all you can eat! i guess hotels in Portugal dont offer free parking, so that needs to be added to expenses too,

BW Hotel Inca was a nice place to stay. Jorge, bartender/doorman/concierge, was a bevy of knowledge and helped us daily. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is quite nice, but not extraordinary. It provides you a great place to stay, very close to the city center of Porto. Otherwise, the room in which we stayed was quite old - the furniture had nothing really special. Honestly speaking, I think the furniture was at least 20 years old.
