Beautiful restored facility with a shortage of staff to make it perfect. Rough around the edges best describes the hotel. Stunningly decorated but the lack of constant maintenance shows with paint chips and dirty mirrors. This hotel was a huge disappointment! We stayed at another hotel managed by the same company in Coimbra which was much better, Quinta das Lagrimas.
