Hotel is in the city center, easy to reach main attractions. Near the hotel is a parking lot for 2 eur per night. Clean cozy rooms. Really enjoyed our stay there. The owner recommended some places for a nice meal.

The best features of the Estoril are the friendly welcome, the helpfulness, the value for money and the garden/solarium/vegetable garden at the back. I spent 3 nights here. Had the feel of a stately old house, with basic but good facilities. Beautiful flower garden out the back, terrace, located on a pedestrian street. 8-minute walk to metro stop. Helpful staff. Breakfast buffet at 4,80Euros.

Stayed there in 2005 for 2 days and needed to stay another day in Porto and decide to move to another hotel. If you want a great hotel with a low price go to Residencial Grande Oceano or to Grande Hotel Paris, just 200 meters away from this place.

The only thing I missed was air-conditioning and a lift (3 floors building). Even if our room was a bit small, it had WI-FI and it was clean. The bathroom was just a bit smelly because of the pipes.
