Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great location couldn't be better, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to see. Lots of nice little restaurants close by. Whilst the rooms were small, the facilities were all there and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the regular restaurant had delicious food. Wifi should be included without extra cost. More

Terrible customer service - actually make that no customer service, just rude, inefficient staff who seemed bothered by your presence. Old and outdated decor Poor breakfast quality- look out for ''orange juice'', its actually concentrated orange cordial Beware of the bed bugs! Learn from our mistake, stay elsewhere. I stayed here during a school trip two years ago. Traveling with 60 college sophomores can obviously be tricky but the hotel was wonderful about accomodating us. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was of an exceptional standard. The family room unfortunately was too small for three people and a bit crowded. The service, however, was great, the Acropolis and metro station are nearby. Recommended if you are on a business trip. More
