We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights at the end of our honeymoon. Very good position, personnel was very gentle, but the neighborhood was really poorly attended. In 5 minutes you can take the metro and go wherever you want in Athen.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the receptionist politely and he guided us excellently how should we move on in Athens. The hotel has comfortable rooms with minibar, clean and well maintained although the toilet needs repairs. The location of the hotel is near a metro station. The surroundings are promiscuous, with people injecting themselves and drugging... More

If you need a place to rest your head and see some sights, and don't care too much about ambience, this hotel is fine. I'm sure there are better options that have a little more character, but it is a decent location for sightseeing and the view from the roof bar is great. Easy walking distance to the Plaka and... [I'll try in english] I liked the hotel, very clean, very well located and with friendly staff;... More

The location is awful. We arrived after midnight and couldn't find the right street so we asked at another hotel. He told us that we didn't want to go there. He was right. There was a brothel right next door and solicitors on the street corners. The room wasn't any better than the location. There were red ants crawling along... More

The King Jason Hotel is a decent choice if you only need to stay for a few nights: I don’t see it as a hotel where you live a week and actually enjoy it. Although the location is not the best of what Athens has to provide, if you’re on a tight budget you will see that many of the... More

I stayed at the King Jason as part of a Travel Talk Tour and was surprised they would choose to book young female guests travelling alone at this hotel. Leaving the hotel was scary at night and even uncomfortable during the day. The streets surrounding the hotel are full of dodgy looking people loitering around and the absolutley stink of... More

Hotel was fine, good value for money, free internet, rooms clean and comfortable, balcony, good shower, breakfast very nice and plentiful, near metro station and within walking distance to some of the sights and nice eating areas. Hotel staff was a mixture of downright rude or friendly, we found one of the men on reception very helpful and one of the... More
