An excellent family run boutique hotel in a converted Venetian town house. Just 8 bedrooms. The most extensive breakfast taken in their lovely courtyard. Breakfasts were fantastic and location is good. However, the beds/mattresses were old, hard and creaky. We had a second floor room facing the road and it was noisy. Sleep quality was poor. Everything was execellent. Perfect location (access to old town as well as shopping centre on foot), nice clean rooms, lovely breakfast (including traditional Cretan delicacies), very very friendly people. They went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We had fresh fruit in our room. We shall definitely stay there again if we visit Chania again.

Yannis and Nickos,2 young,gentile and very friendly owners of this quaint and hospitable little hotel truly contributed to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Their outstanding breakfasts in the hotel's courtyard amazed us and their hospitality even more. The only complaint,the mattresses need to be upgraded.That would complete the almost perfect conditions of this wonderful little hotel.
