The staff is very kind, the rooms are clean, if not very luxurious. They have good, fast and free wifi connection, fridge, tv and air-condition. It isn't very far from the port. A pleasant place to stay while in Heraklion.

We initially has difficulty booking our accommodation via Booking.com, this was not the hotels fault. After speaking with Despina (owner) over the phone within seconds she resolved everything.
