Very nice pleasant and modern design. It is a bit unpleasant that the bus station is just outside the hotel, but the rest is perfect. Location great. old and modern. The only thing which enerved us everytime we enterd the elevator - an unplasant video clips which has nothing, absolut nothing in comon with greece or the hotel or Iraklion.

Have stayed here for 3 nights. Wonderful... No complaints... Great staff, delicious meals at the restaurant, cozy rooms with all accessories you need. Breakfast is served as it should be in a 5star hotel. My recommendation for everyone who will be visiting Heraklion. Brgds
