We have dined several times at the Lamb Inn and every time have had exceptional meals. The pub also has a really really lovely atmosphere and appears to be very popular with locals. A typical traditional country pub. The food is fantastic 10/10.

We have been back to the Lamb a number of times and it never disappoints. It could come from 'central casting' for the perfect pub. Friendly service, lots of (well behaved!) locals, great beer, sofas to sit on by the fire and good food at sensible prices. And no one armed bandit machines or piped music! Recommended.

It really is a perfect pub! Inside the Lamb feels like a proper boozer. Bad carpet, dodgy sofas etc BUT great beer (and wine my girlfriend tells me) and really really great food. had a 2 4 1 in the times, menu is limited but exelently cooked. room 3 above main bar but still quiet,big room ,very clean and tidy will always go back..nicely situated for exeter. friendly locals, the staff could not do enough for us, they made the guide dog very welcome.
