Philippi is a place out of a dream...partly because all of Mykonos Town is like a dream! The owners of the hotel, Chris and his wife, make you feel like family. Make sure to visit Chris' brother's restaurant, around "the corner", called Philippi Gardens. You won't be disappointed! Although there is a party going on all night a few streets... More

Our room was perfect for our few nights in Mykonos. The location is right in the middle of Mykonos Town and walking distance to everything. We spent some time relaxing in the beautiful courtyard. Very Greek with the blue doors and windows and white building. More

We found this place according to our 'lonely planet' suggestion and it was defenitely the right choice. The rooms are rather small, but very clean and they have all you need (AC, safebox, hairdrier, TV). Ask for room 13 :), it has a great balcony! The location is just fantastic, on a small street just of mantoiannis and very close... More

The hotel is very centrally located on one of the many winding walking streets of Mykonos. The room was nicer than expected for the price, lovely blue and white paint, picture perfect balcony with french doors. We're not big partiers (we were here to go to Delos), but this hotel was quiet and picture perfect. Romance for reasonable prices. More

We stayed two days at the hotel. Hotel Philippi is in the middle of the Chora (10 minutes from the old port). Our room was very little you can hardly move but very clean and the air conditioned worked properly (very important or it wouldn't have been impossilbe to sleep). There is a bus station at the highest part of... More

Hotel Philippi is an elegant, classy, and attractive place in the heart of Hora on Mykonos. It's far enough off the waterfront to avoid some of the throngs of tourists, but close enough to be a quick stroll to the ferries and restaurants. Overall, a nice place. More

All of Mykonos is expensive so finding this charming and relatively cheap hotel was great. It is right in the centre of the old town and a short walk from the bus station where you can get buses to all the beaches. The bathroom was a little on the small side but it was very clean and had toiletries and... More

We originally planned to stay here for 3 nights, however we missed our flight from London (less said about EasyJet the better) so we only stayed for 2 nights. Philippi were great and only charged us for the 2 nights when they could have charged us for 3! Our room overlooked the street but wasn't too noisy. Room was very... More

I spent 2 nights here. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, nice owners! Lonely Planet Greece 2006 had recommended it. (that was the most current available edition at my public library!) Had rm number 5 overlooking the street which was noisy due to people up til all hours of the a.m. Beautiful garden in which to chill. Hard to find... More

My two friends and I stayed at the Philippi Hotel for three nights while staying in Mykonos. We had some difficulty navigating our way to the hotel as there is no taxi access through the very tiny streets, however, the townspeople were very helpful with their directions. When we arrived at the hotel we were pleased by the upkeep of... More
