Haven't stayed at this hotel. However, I eat here with my family whenever we are in Sifnos. It is a really lovely place. Normally quiet. Despite what its website claims, it is a short walk from the centre of town, but not too far. Secluded, pleasant dining on a paved area at the back of the restaurant among some trees. The chef-last time we ate here-spoke some English, just a little. I think he had spent some time in the UK some years previously, as I recall. He was helpful and a good cook. This is a traditional place-I suspect that is why it is quiet whenever we have been there. That and the fact that it is inland. It had a fifties feel to it and having looked at their website I think it still has. Nice place. Hope this is helpful. more
