The location is great, that's undeniable but the staff was nothing short of nasty, the electronics in the room did not work, and it wasn't clean. The late night help was essentially anti-help and with out a doubt the classic definition of pathetic...look it up in the dictionary his picture will be there.

Room smelled terrible from the moment we got there. Staff was not friendly and rude at times. Unfairly charged a higher rate for one night. There are plenty of hotels in the area. I suggest looking at any of the others. If I find myself in copenhagen again, I will not be coming back to this place.

This is a lovely and clean hotel in copenhagen. it is very well located close to the station. I forgot my shoes in the room and they sent them to me by post. Very kind service. Irena and Siv are lovely. I recommend this hotel! Miquel
