Stayed here for one night during a business visit. It´s a nice and modern hotel. The room seemed recently refurbished, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. Check-in was fast and efficient. Check-out a bit slow though. Breakfast was a buffet and was very good. Location is super central, with most of central Copenhagen within walking distance. S-train... Best asset of this hotel is its location. Coming from the Copenhagen airport, we just took a train to the central railway station and then walked straight to the hotel. No need for taxi! The standard room is simple. Pillows and cushion comfortable. Hotel television offers basic channels. Water heater coils for cooking tea was dirty. We had to rinse... More

positives: location, location location!!! this hotel is located in city central, close to tivoli, soerget and supermarket. good internet service, clean hotel, check in/out fast. Negatives : we should pay more for parking (about 25 EUR/day). they don't give free parking for hotel guest. More

The room was small by U.S. standards, but typical of EU hotels. However, it was expensive for the value. More

The positives are; the central location close to the main train station, clean modern rooms, good room internet and sizable bar area. The negatives are; small room (was offered an upgrade for 200 DKK as soon as reached check-in), expensive breakfast (charged 170 DKK!). A few small improvements and I would give it a 4 star review. As a business... More

Likes -Clean modern hotel -Excellent location. 1 block from central station -Free wired internet in the room (but not wifi) -Deluxe room is of good size -Quiet room (I got a room facing away from the back of the hotel) Dislikes -Service can be improved. The check-in/out staff perhaps worked there for too long and forgot how to treat customers... More

The hotel is located very close to the central station and across the street from the suburban rail stop Vesterport. The immediate environment is wide traffic arteries and offices. However it is a very short walk to Tivoli Gardens and reasonably close to the pedestrianized shopping streets. Relative to a European hotel the rooms are quite large. No sports facilities,... More

Stayed here in June and the hotel gets top marks for location. One 15 min express train from the airport to central station and then a two minute walk From the station to the hotel ( only 1 block away ) All the reception staff spoke perfect English as does nearly every other person in copenhagan The rooms are not... Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen is a very clean and nice looking hotel with great easy-going atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and a nice big clean bathroom. I will stay there again. More
