We stayed in a family room ( 4 of us). The room was comfortable and functional. Don't expect any frills or nice decor. More importantly, it was clean. Free wifi was a boon as we carry smartphones. There is also a lift in the old building otherwise it will be a nightmare carrying our luggage up four floors. Best thing... More

We had a superior room, facing the canal (good) and the main railroad station (a bautiful building, with rare episodes of noise). Room was reasonably sized nicely furnished with appropriate amenities. Excellent soundproofing. Very easy access from the airport via direct train. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff, all english speaking. Very good downtown location. Expensive, but a good value considering... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. The hotel was an older style with a smart reception, bar and breakfast room. The hotel bedroom was spacious, with reasonable furniture and a comfortable bed, but I had complaints from my children that the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The room window looked out over the inner courtyard, so not much... More

I booked this hotel in January for our stay 6th/8th June. We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel just after 11.00am, and greeted by the old chestnut, "you cannot book in till 2pm" I did ask if the reception could he make an exception,,no,,i asked if the hotel was booked solid,,,,no,,,, .!!!!! The reception whilst good at... More

An older, well maintained hotel in a very convenient location, across the street from the central train station and a block away from Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are larger than average. The bath towels are huge and the bathtub is also large. It is located near shopping and restaurants and a block from a tourist office. It has ample closet... More

My husband and I recently returned from a Baltic cruise on the Eurodam. We decided to spend a night in Copenhagen the day before the cruise began. We choce the Copenhagen Plaza Hotel because it is located next to the central train station and easy to get to from the airport. We were quite pleased with the hotel. It is... More

Wonderful hotel that is celebrating it's 100 th birthday this year. If you like lost of dark wood, brass and a European feel then this hotel is for you. It is located center city very close by to the rail station. My only suggestion is that you request a hotel room that is not on the back side where you... More

This hotel is very close to the railway station, which is convenient. This also means that the hotel is close to the old town and most of the attractions. The room was good, but not great. However, friends that booked rooms of the same standard as us were assigned a room a lot larger than ours and with a far... More

Have just returned from a three night stay at the Copenhagen Plaza. The location is excellent right across the road from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. Our room was on the first floor and we didn't hear any noise from the station. The first room had no safety deposit box. The staff dealt with this quickly and efficiently finding... More

I read the reviews regarding the Copenhagen Plaza Hotel and the vast majority had recommended it so I decided to book. I cannot speak more highly regarding this hotel. The room, food, staff, location were brilliant. There is an old fashioned charm about the place. It is in the perfect location opposite the railway station on one side and on... More
